MLS Annual Participants' Meeting - rescheduled date

Description

The first meeting was scheduled this past Friday, November 28, on Zoom but we did not have a quorum. Please make every effort to attend this in-person breakfast and meeting.

Documents attached. Original notification was sent on 11/10/25.

First of all, we are proposing a very small Bylaw change to prevent this issue from occurring again. November is extremely busy with the SAAR Annual Membership Meeting, the NAR Nxt event, and then add a second annual meeting to the agenda for the month. We have the Mayor's Luncheon, Thanksgiving, and Black Friday this month as well.

  • Your first vote will be for MLS Bylaw, Article 7. Meetings. The proposed change is to replace "the month of November" with "Quarter Four of every year". The Rationale is to provide greater flexibility, with a full quarter of activity planned around the holidays. 

The annual meeting of Participants of the Service shall be held during the month of November Quarter Four of every year at the time and place specified by the Board of Directors.


  • Your second vote is for the proposed slate of candidates for the 2026 MLS Board of Directors.

    • 2026 Three-Year Director - Cortney Hunter of MarMac Real Estate - Elite Pro


  • Your third vote is for the 2026 MLS Budget. The budget approved by the MLS Board of Directors is attached for your review.
